Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict hygiene regulations, Elite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging. We prioritize the safety and health of our community by ensuring every piece of jewelry remains sterile and pristine.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still within its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident bag; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to sanitary protocols.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the sealed jewelry securely in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal and confirms the item is untampered, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
